Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos at roxmarketstore@gmail.com. We will open a claim with our supplier and keep you updated throughout the process.

Refund or Replacement

Resolution depends on our supplier's assessment. We will advocate on your behalf to get a refund or replacement approved as quickly as possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of our shipping model, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Only defective or damaged items are eligible for review.

Processing Time

Resolutions may take 7-14 business days depending on the supplier's response.
